Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 (1) no. 1 VSBG, the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. A reference to it is therefore no longer given.

Liability for content

Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
